1.1 SENDING ORDERS RETAIL.
Dispatch of retail orders is carried out the next day after payment, from Monday to Friday, Saturday-Sunday weekends. If payment is received on Friday, the dispatch will be on Monday.
1.2 SENDING ORDERS WHOLESALE.
Bulk orders are dispatched after their complete production. The term for sending a wholesale order is discussed individually, in each specific case. Making an order can take from two to seven days from the date of payment.
1.3 DELAYED SENDING TIME.

If the seller cannot send the goods within the agreed period, the seller undertakes to notify the buyer about this. If the parties do not agree on new terms for sending, and the buyer refuses the paid goods, the seller undertakes to return the money paid for the goods within seven calendar days from the date of payment.  
 3. RECEIPT OF GOODS.
Upon receipt of the goods, the parcel must be opened in the presence of an employee of the delivery service or a courier. Check the parcel for damage, compliance with the package and the order; make sure that the quality and quantity of the product corresponds to the order. Such security measures will help to avoid troubles in case of damage or theft of the goods during transportation. If damage to goods or shortages is found in the delivery service department, you need to draw up an acceptance certificate together with the department employee.
4. DAMAGE OR LOSS OF GOODS DURING TRANSPORTATION.
For damaged or lost goods, you can receive compensation only by correctly drawing up an acceptance certificate (claim). Otherwise, it will be impossible to obtain compensation or prove the fault of the carrier. The seller is not responsible for the work of the delivery service and does not refund the cost of goods that were damaged or lost through the fault of the carrier.
5. REFUSAL TO PAY FOR THE ORDER.
Dear clients, if for any reason you change your mind about paying for the order, please let us know. This will not affect further service in any way, and you can make the next order when it is convenient.
6. REPLACEMENT or RETURN OF GOODS.
Replacement and return of goods of proper quality is guaranteed by Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and is carried out at the expense of the Buyer within 14 days from the date of sale of the goods. Replacement / return is possible if the product has not been in use, has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, there are factory labels and tags, serial numbers, the product is fully equipped, the packaging is not damaged, its presentation and consumer properties are preserved , as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified product. Products from the list of goods of good quality, not subject to exchange (return), approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
If the goods are canceled if they are part of the set, the return can be made only in the complete set. ATTENTION! Transportation of goods / replacement of goods in this case is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. If, when considering the Buyer's request for the replacement / return of the goods, it is established that the goods were in operation, has defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage, except for hidden manufacturing defects), is incomplete or not in the original packaging, then the exchange / no refunds will be issued. When returning, it is not allowed to put inscriptions, addresses, adhesive materials, etc. on the packaging. When sending a parcel by mail, you must use additional packaging.
Replacement and return of goods of inadequate quality is guaranteed by Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and is carried out in case of detection of significant defects in the goods or hidden manufacturing defects identified during operation.

The difference between design elements, shades or decoration from those stated in the description on the site is not a significant drawback, malfunction or dysfunction of the product. Possible replacement of the product or its components with similar in properties and cost, subject to prior agreement with the Buyer, is not a significant defect, malfunction or dysfunction of the product. If you have any problems with the product, make sure that you fully read the instructions for using the product, the Buyer's memo, as well as information about this product available on the company's website.For the exchange of goods of inadequate quality, it is necessary to obtain an expert opinion. All further actions for the replacement / return of goods are made solely on the basis of the expert opinion. ATTENTION! If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects have arisen due to circumstances for which the Seller (manufacturer) is not responsible, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with the examination, transportation and storage of the goods. 7. TERMS OF REPLACEMENT / REFUND OF THE COST OF THE GOODS.
For replacement / return / warranty service of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to provide an identity document (passport or document replacing it), a document confirming the fact of purchase, as well as an original application in free form. This application is submitted in person or by mail at the office of the company. By agreement with the management of the company, an electronic version of the documents can be adopted. At the request of the Buyer, the goods are exchanged for a similar one, in accordance with Art. 8, 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", or the money paid by the Buyer is returned in the manner agreed by the parties, within 7 banking days. All costs of transporting goods of good quality and its replacement are paid by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return was an error of the store employees.It is also possible to exchange for another item in stock. If you cannot pick up replacement products, you can leave the money in the store's account and use this amount to pay for the next order.
8. CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY occurs in the following cases:
- there was damage caused by the use of the goods for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation;
- the product has severe mechanical or other damage that arose as a result of deliberate or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;

- the goods are damaged due to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, domestic factors and other situations, and not depending on the Seller;
- damage has occurred caused by the ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals into the product.
The warranty does not cover the following faults:
- accidental damage caused by the customer or damage caused by negligence or use (exposure to liquid, dust, foreign objects inside the case, etc.)
- damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
- damage caused by the use of the product for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.

9. GOODS NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE AND REFUND.
In accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved a list of goods of good quality that cannot be exchanged or returned. Such goods include, but are not limited to: - food products, medicines and products, hygiene items;
- perfumery and cosmetic products;
- shaving machines, shaving brushes;
- combs, combs and massage brushes;
- gloves, fabrics, underwear, hosiery;
- goods in aerosol containers;
- products from natural and artificial hair (wigs);
- tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).
ATTENTION! The Seller does not exchange and return goods from this list.
